Refund Policy

Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both one-time audit purchases and the first payment of a subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email, or email us at support@remembrdr.com and we will raise it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Plan page inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal payments

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days and we will review it — we do not want anyone paying for a service they are not using.
