Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Remembrdr, a software service provided by Remembrdr ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Remembrdr. Your agreement for the use of Remembrdr is with us. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you sign up on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Remembrdr lets managers record workplace friction reported by their team, apply hourly cost rates, and view the resulting cost impact and recovery projections. Access is limited to the plan you have purchased.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- Seat codes you issue to employees are your responsibility to distribute securely.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully, or to harass, surveil or discriminate against staff unlawfully;
- commit fraud, or send spam through the service;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- interfere with the security of the service, including malware, probing, or automated scraping.
5. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service and all associated intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the data you and your team enter, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
7. Service level
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Cost figures are calculated from the inputs you provide and are estimates for management purposes, not financial, legal or accounting advice.
8. Payment, subscription and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Remembrdr is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
